CoNoggin SAGE

Strategic intelligencefor the people who design capability.

The strategic layer of CoNoggin — coming Q4 2026.

Three things that usually live in three different tools — knowledge management, methodology curation and evaluation, and team-and-workforce development— bound into one architecture, with information flowing between them in every direction. That's the SAGE bet.

A triangle: workforce (humans andagents) ↔ knowledge ↔ capabilities. Goals cascade across departments. Patterns from real execution flow back up to refine methodology. Knowledge banks ingest what teams actually use and propose durable updates to the org's canon. Cross-cutting aggregation across teams, initiatives, and time surfaces patterns no per-initiative view can see.

For Heads of L&D, Chief People Officers, change leads, and the people who design how an organisation changes.

What SAGE does

Strategic cascading

Articulate an ambition (“we need to be fluent at AI-augmented authoring across editorial by Q3”). SAGE cascades it into a goal hierarchy across departments, roles, and individuals — measurable, tracked, owned.

Each level is yours to refine. Activities feed into CoNoggin's execution layer. Outcomes flow back up.

Cross-cutting aggregation

“Across our 12 division banks, marketing has 60% more 2026 docs than other divisions; methodology has thinned in operations; Q1 ADKAR initiatives stalled most often at Desire.”

Strategic intelligence. SAGE aggregates across teams, time, initiatives, and methodologies, surfacing patterns the per-initiative view structurally can't see.

Methodology that learns from your usage

After each initiative completes, the closed-loop curator proposes durable updates to your methodology library — what you tried, what worked, what didn't, what's now part of how you do things. Your methodology library gets sharper from being used.

With opt-in cross-org learning (anonymised), the suite-wide methodology library learns across customers — sharper for everyone over time.

SAGE and CoNoggin together

CoNoggin handles the workflow (design this intervention; run it). SAGE handles the strategy (design org-wide capability change; cascade it; track it across initiatives).

You can use CoNoggin without SAGE — many will. SAGE without CoNoggin doesn't make sense; SAGE needs the substrate underneath. Together: capability strategy that translates into capability change, with the same set of primitives top to bottom.

SAGE is part of CoNoggin v2. Targeted Q4 2026.

We'll be working with one or two strategic-customer pilots in Q3. If you're a Head of L&D, CPO, or change lead and your work involves designing org-scale capability, get in touch — early-access feedback shapes the v1 product.
